Social Bookmarking

Social bookmarking can be very useful in the classroom. Teachers can post supplementary material on the website in case students would like to research a subject further and the teacher can provide some direction on the social bookmarking site. It's also useful when students are writing a paper. The teacher can post links to websites relating to the material or to websites that include information about formatting papers and citing them.
